As the world evolves and ticks on, so do the trends and norms. Add new chat room requests here.

  • Make sure you read the thread before posting (meaning, previous suggestions and discussion);
  • If your idea for a new room has not been suggested, make a post nominating your new room idea;
  • If someone else has suggested something you would like to see, quote their post and continue the discussion;
  • You can make multiple suggestions if you want.

Not all suggestions will become new rooms. The process of a suggestion becoming a new room is decided, in part, by our experience of what works and what doesn't. Just because an idea or interest might not work now, doesn't mean it won't work later as trends evolve. Some or many suggestions could be combined into one, broader topic.

The goal isn't to have an endless list of very specific and confusing chat room topics, but rather a selection that appeals to majority of the people, while keeping the room list easy to navigate.

To the great council of Free Chat Now,

I humbly request you consider returning the PirateChat to this most esteemed web platform. We have many pirates and pirate adjunct users who would like to take to the lawless seas once more.

Users can set to the seven (maybe eight?) seas, freedom abound, the wind in their hair. No one to stop them no laws to follow. Just a crew and their ship (and maybe a willing prisoner or two in the dungeon). Away from the war, away from the politics, away from the hatred and just freedom, laying on the boards under the night sky, looking at the stars. Also, outrunning wood hungry zombies and disruptive Vikings (Alestorm can’t be wrong).

So I humbly beseech thee to consider my meager request that could bring such joy to may users.

Once upon a time on not too far out seas there was a chat for pirates and prisoners to come together in. Many have come forward to beg a parlay. After many a late night windy talk there are a great many who would like to see the ship return. There are many a dead room it could replace. A room with a set name where others know it is safe to bring their prisoners and the spoils of their pillaging. A place to sail the fcn seas in through rough or calm weather. I humbly submit this request and there will be others to sign our bold petition to show we stand together in this request.

I think I can speak for everyone when I say that the world and the chat mainly...needs more piracy, some good ol fashioned swashbuckling nonsense with just a hint of romance, I am among the many who would quite like to see the Pirate Chat return, I humbly join in on this petition to re create the great Pirate age
