Don't much agree with the last part... beauty is relative to whoever percieves it, so you might think there are more attractive women... but only you will have that exact perspective compared to even the most similar other perspective.
I do get it though... and if he really loves you... he'll let you go, as you cannot force anything in life, especially not love... but no matter what. Only time will tell if this was the right decision for either of you.
