we are all LITERALLY random ass people online, why do people here take things personally.
fuck what others say about you, you know yourself better then anybody else does, so why should you care about what others say?
you control your life and actions, if people hate they are jealous or bored, they want you to react, so the best thing to do is just ignore them.
ive experienced this irl when i was younger, people used to pick on me and they loved it when i eventually got mad at them and told the teachers, cause thats just what they wanted.
i later learned to just ignore people hating on me, cause why should i care?
the internet is a toxic place, there will always be hate, but replying to hate will only make it continue.
we are all the same if we think about it, but drama is a part of human nature i guess, talking trash about others to make ourselves feel better and forget about our insecurities.
on the internet we can hide from reality and pretty much be someone else, so ofcourse people will use this to start drama.
personally i just find it funny to read people get mad cause they take things online way to seriously, like for real, its literally random people online, stop taking things to seriously.
sure, people online will always be way worse then people IRL but thats just because they can choose to be anonymous online, IRL you are always someone.
feel free to tell me how wrong i am and how much you hate me, how ugly i am and all those things, its not like i would care eitherway, your literally just another person on here, your comment has no real impact on me cause i know your just doing it in an attempt to be funny <3
being honest i enjoyed writing this, wasnt even originally gonna make it this long lol

thanks for coming to my ted talk

I rarely comment on here anymore but I agree. It's human nature to project the bad or negative in ones own life onto others and it is just people trying to trigger and bully others to get a response. Better to just ignore it and move on. Frankly, we all have a lot to deal with in our lives these days and it just takes too much energy to respond to all the people who need to belittle others to lift themselves up. Cheers and hope you get more positive vibes than negative.

People are naturally uncivilized and are worse while on the internet.

Very well put. Don't think I could elaborate any further. Glad you were able to express yourself.

"I muse that people take things personally because their feelings get hurt. The better question is 'why one would want to purposely hurt another's feelings?' I surmise it is because anonymity breeds boldness from cowardly megalomaniacs enraged by their own inferiority and suffering from delusions of grandeur whilst having been bereft in their formative years with the proper societal institutions that foster acceptance, thought, learning and debate, and the ability to make up their own minds without the need to dominate another's. Of course, the fact corporeal disciplinary parental measures are now frowned upon in the current epoch has led to several generations of spoil brats that would be better served having been told "no" and allowed to burn their hands on the proverbial stove plates at best, or at worst having been warned behavior unchivalrous and further "that's not nice" acts would be met with a pummeling from an oaken cudgel."
