Hi when I press view webcam and the person accepted the request I only hearing sound and only seeing a blank screen what to do please help
I've had the same issue for a few days now. Mac using Safari. When I view any cam, I get a gray box, but no video. Outgoing cam appears to do the same for whoever is trying to view my cam. I've looked at the settings in Safari and can't seem to find anything new or different from what it was a week ago. Any help?
Update...i've duplicated the issue on another Mac and I've alternated browsers to Brave and Chrome with similar result; in Brave and Chrome, instead of a static gray box, the "video screen" shows a spinning black circle, but never any video.
Update...Tried it with MS Edge on both Mac laptops, so it appears it's maybe a Mac "thing"? Has to be a recent update because the cams worked fine until a few days ago. Any thoughts?
