So I have chronic pain. I drink tea with turmeric in it sometimes. It helps on light pain days, or has in the past if I drink it early enough before I do anything. But my pain is so advanced these days that doesn't do much, but it did help for a while. I haven't tried the supplements because the price is kinda hefty for something I don't know will help me. I have pain pills but choose not to take them. Ginger tea has also been known for inflammation, but it tastes so bad. I just don't know if I can suggest that to anyone. The turmeric tea also tastes like shit too, but it is helpful for mild pain.
