Uploading pictures takes forever

Hi. I have never had a problem loading pictures until recently. I can log in, chat, view pictures all ok. However if I try to upload pictures, it really drags.

At times it says I'm not connected, despite me being connected. If it eventually uploads the picture, it displays it faded out.

My phone software is up to date, I've cleared cache etc, what am I doing wrong, or are others experiencing the same.

I had also not been having trouble until this evening and now on both my phone and laptop it will start uploading but stop at 5%. I'm not aware of any restrictions placed on me from FCN, so I'm wondering if this is something location based. Have FCN put a location block on uploads from the UK because of the online "safety" act I wonder?

Nothing has changed and these are the only two reports of this nature. You both being in UK definitely places suspicion on UK services.
