Hey, click bait sound like interesting fact.

In field of genetics, there is (another )one controversial statement, that keeps te some gender fighter up at night.

Basically we have dna as a recombination of our parents genes, with a exception of 23rd pair , where you have sex determination.
Sex aside, we are a in short shuffle of our currents genetic material with a even contribution from both. That is total true, for DNA.

It is however mother who passes over mitochondrial DNA, exclusively. That means that in every cell in your body (talking now to dudes), there is a feminine element ;)

mitochondria is responsible for energy production. Other organelles are also a mothers gift, sperm is just dna.

Its been linked to tighter correlation of mothers IQ vs fathers when compared with children, since mitochondrial density is very high in brain tissue. Mothers has a way greater impact on her children throu that phenomena. (IQ is still unpredictable with mutation tough)

    Have a nice Xmas ;)
