What is a tou violation what is even tou? I checked the rules and i didn't see anything about tou so what even is that? Am i permanently banned or is it a 3 or 2 week ban?

Terms of use. Good luck. I got banned for something and I wasn’t even online. Gotta love it, and there’s no way to tell if your ban appeal is even being looked at. There’s no communication.

Did you get banned or someone sharing your IP# before you got banned? FCN doesn't control how your ISP assigns IP#'s to you.
i would understand if it said banned for something in the rules i actually broke

and this is the post i posted before i was banned i was actually watching a youtube video at the time so i didnt see what it said in the chat box then when i went back it said i was banned or my client was for a tou violation didnt say what part i violated either

You're on a popular cellular service which doesn't have a huge IP# pool and IP#'s are recycled very often on cellular networks. If you try to sign in via another service, you should get in while that ban is in-effect. You're likely running into someone else's ban.
How long will the ban last for?
i'm also using a laptop not a phone
Whatever you're using, you're on a cellular provider's network with highly recycled IP#'s. I don't know how long the ban is. If it's not under your username, it will be difficult or impossible to find.

Well, it would appear to be my account. I wasn’t able to sign in on a different IP address either. So not sure what’s going on exactly.
I ban appealed today but sent the wrong screenshot so sent the appeal form twice, PLEASE do not hate me
There's no appeal.
I keep getting a '500 internal server error' when I try to submit the form?
Try again later. Don't need the ban message. Need justification for the communication you've sent to someone.

Sent this in now, no idea about the error thing. Hopefully it didn't send multiple and I'll be in even more trouble lol

Hi, so sorry to bother... but do you think it maybe my case too? I got banned 3 times in a month for different reasons, all times I was offline
I appealed each time and have no idea how my 2nd went cause when I came to log into chat, there was a new 3rd ban...
Any advice please?
