Winter Or Water And It's Effects

Rain is water and water causes plants to grow but it also causes floods and drowning along with raging ice and snowstorms.

 

Ice is frozen water/rain which can also come down from the sky as snow and hail.

 

Rain also creates ocences and lakes even the seas and streams I'am looking for somebody special and smart to talk to about water and snow even winter time because I'am a hydromanic or hydroerotic.
