Gtfo @ too much Parmesan. You can never have too much Parmesan. Romans buried their soldiers with 50 lb bags of Parmesan for good luck in the afterworld.
We went for pizza the other day... ordered ham & feta cheese. The waiter came back after a few minutes and said "you wanted pineapple and feta, right?" We said no, ham. He said "ahh, pineapple and ham." We said no, ham & feta. He went away. A few minutes later he came back and said he was glad he checked, and that it could've been horrible. A few minutes later he came back again with a pizza, apologized and said they were making us a new pizza & that it should be out shortly, but we could start on this while we waited. Then he sat the pizza down - it had ham & feta, but half was covered with green olives. I'm baffled as to how he could not only screw it up after checking back, but screw up only half. That takes effort. Still, I would rather have your concoction than green olives any day. It doesn't even seem half bad.
There's been a clinical study (in 1969, I believe (right before the advent of the digital epoch), so don't go looking for it online) and the study revealed that people who enjoy the taste category which green olives fall into are typically the type which could be informally referred to as douchebags. I'm so sorry.
I love green olives too Spangle, not on pizza so much but just by themselves, eaten in the country they were grown and a nice cold beer, lovely jubbly.
Pizza for me is stuffed crust, with ham and mushroom topping, I do like to sprinkle the odd dried chilli flake and have fresh cracked black pepper.
