Can't Upload Pictures in Chat

When I try to upload a picture in chat is tells me "chrome is not responding" and just shows a white screen where Id normally see the option to use my camera to take a new picture or select a picture from my gallery. I was able to upload picture in chat up until a co I please days ago but now am unable.

I'm using a android Samsung Galaxy s5 and the Google Chrome app. I tried loging in and out, removing the site permissions and cookies hoping it would clear it out and reset everything to square one but no dice.

He knows exactly why. It's clear that he thinks it's none of your business, otherwise he would have told you.
