Ever tried Tylenol and ibuprofen together? It's safe now to take both together. I take 800mg of ibuprofen and 500mg of Tylenol. So four of the 200mg of ibuprofen and two of the 500mg Tylenol. It helps me. They're coming out with a new medicine with both of those in one pill form
