Recovering after a telephone appointment with a therapist. Trying not to laugh for 45 mins, as a man that sounded like Joe Pasquale with a Welsh valley's accent tried to talk me through relaxation techniques, was painful. "Clench your bottom, breathe out slowly and relaaaaaaaaaaaaaax".
