I'll have a few cords, plz. I almost took my thumb off one time while splitting logs with a 25-ton splitter.
I'm still cutting down trees in hopes that I will have enough for winter lol. Those splitters are no joke! I haven't used mine yet this year, just splitting it all by hand
My first attempt at log splitting resulted in very nearly taking off a toe in a pair if thongs and the 2nd swing I broke my late Grandfathers log splitter that my Dad insisted I have another turn at using!
I have had similar experiences where the axe split through the log and splitting block in one shot. Thank God for steel toe logging boots!
