Seeing some street musicians playing for about 2 hours in the same spot. Usually they have to change location every 30 minutes (local law). But after 30 minutes some officials from the council told them not to worry about it 'we won't issue a fine today'. I guess they were as happy as everyone else that life is slowly returning to the city.
