An ex girlfriend of mine when I was going through some self harm issues told me while we were chatting to “draw a heart on your wrist and any time you are thinking about doing it again, look down at it and remember you’re loved” haven’t done it once since I heard that and after a few months, got it tattooed as a permanent reminder <3
