I have t been there since being a kid. Seeing it again through adult eyes seems like an excellent idea, I'll most certainly add it on my to do list.
If you haven't been there for that long the park seems completely new. What I love about de Efteling is that they have their own style. It isn't The Dutch Disney, as some people might say. It is had a fairytale forest (which is huge compared to when you were a kid) My favorites: Vila Volta (story about de Bokkenrijders) Baron 1898 (Dive Coaster) de Vliegende Hollander (about the famous folklore of the cursed ship) And everything else... Hahahaha.

Was out early in the rain and cold to go watch the bullfrogs. The rain let them come out to mate. Before the water is gone, they will be back under the ground where they live. It is only the second largest frog in Africa the largest one is the goliath frog which can grow as big as a toddler or small dog. The bullfrogs were too far away for better photos because they are under protection because it is an endangered species. But some of them are so big they will dwarf an ordinary dinner plate if put on one.
