Because I'm rated to be way way way under a 0 on the beauty scale physically or a 1 on the beauty scale physically.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, see yourself for what you are and what you are worth, others will see you that way in time and treat you better, maybe. It's attitude also, rock what u got and make the best of it, good will follow.

Confidence is extremely sexy. If you have a poor self-image and no confidence, people pick up on this really quickly. A confident attitude and positivity radiates and can make a person very desirable, even if they aren't conventionally attractive. Confidence is also a skill that needs to be worked on like any other skill. Also, beauty or attractiveness is subjective. Some people will never find you attractive. But that doesn't mean you're not attractive. You should stop basing your self-worth on being desirable to other people and seeking validation from others on beauty. You are probably far more attractive than you give yourself credit for. There is also conventional and non-conventional beauty. Non-conventional beauty can be just as attractive as conventional beauty. Stop being so hard on yourself.

I think you probably look a lot better than you think you are,don’t be so hard on your self I know it can be a hard thing not to do. Doing little things like going for a walk , maybe cycling or jogging all help us to feel good about our self’s maybe a change in diet as well, treat yourself to a nice holiday be leave me silly things like that really help you feel good about your self, it doesn’t matter what size or shape you are doing those things will help you believe in your self
