I suffered MUMPS when i was 14 . Later i realised my left ball shrinked approximatley half of the right ball. Its been 9 years now still balls are unequal . Is it possible to cure them? Should i worry about them ? I mastrbate alot and i dont face any problems .

But I reckon you're sound, don't worry about it.

If it normal in shape, no pain and nothing abnormal growing out of the side of it then I don't think there's an issue.

There's no pain . Nothing growing abnormal . I was just worried about unequal size cause i have heared if you suffer MUMPS it causes infertility.
 
I don't think the position of your balls has anything to do with fertility.

Honestly, if you're concerned go to a quack. I'm, literally, a faceless stranger on the Internet having a night off from fighting crime in Gotham.

A medical professional is your best place.
