Do any of you exercise in your spare time?.

I like to go swimming late afternoon, about 4pm ish. I also take both my girls with me.

Oh yes I try to keep fit after doing a daily hard manual job.
Gym, weights cardio big I also love to swim, I really wanna try wild swimming. I do a lot of hiking at the weekends.

Swimming in lakes or tarns in the wild

so when I do a hike up a mountain normally there’s something called a tarn at the bottom and we swim in it, it’s freezing cold but I want start going do it at open lakes now.
Heard of Windermere lake? They do it there.

Me too, been trying to swim most days in the arvo when the sun's not so fierce or we're having a tropical downpour lol

You know I would. I’ve never done it but they do polar bear dips here. Basically running into the lake naked in the middle of winter.
