Seeing my kids have fun at the fair even if my foot was throbbing the whole time. While hearing updates from my oldest two at basketball camp in another state. 
Being taken on a surprise visit to nearby botanical gardens. I thought they'd closed years ago - so that was an added surprise. Enjoyed the flowers and strol through the gardens, bought myself some things from the shop and had enough mental energy left to have lunch at their cafe. Just an all around lovely morning.

Retiring, moving and starting my own business! The happiest I'd been in a long time. Even with my grievances of losing my niece, I'm still in a much better place mentally than I been in years.
Not getting any real homework after therapy this time, after telling him how much I've been struggling this week. So relieved.
