After my meeting with HR this morning I just really needed to clear my head, to connect to that part of me that can find inner peace. That can be calm.
So I went out into nature. Walking in a woodland estate. Enjoying a few rays of sun, the birds, the rustling leaves under foot, the solitude of a cold autumn day. The muddy path, watching my every step, avoiding the toadstools and looking for the hidden beauty. And just breathe.
