Resolved Disconnects and updated uploads makes site unusable for me

When using chat on android phone, any time I go to different site or app, chat disconnects, this is really frustrating as chats get lost or pics do not send

Speaking of pics, the new upload menu needs to bring back the camera option, as when I open the camera it's front facing and when I click to switch it just get stuck on loading. This wasn't an issue as I could choose camera on the album.

Enable background refresh in that browser. It's being prevented from running in background, which is a software setting on user's end.
