Interesting you shared this, it's partly related to why I've decided to experiment with spearmint.

While spearmint tea is often believed to have anti-androgenic effects, there is limited scientific evidence to support the claim that it significantly reduces testosterone levels in humans.
Fortunately, I do not have PCOS. However, I am intrigued by the potential benefits of spearmint in hormone balance and its antioxidant properties.

I plan to try drinking 1-2 cups of spearmint tea daily for a month and observe its effects on my overall well-being, skin health, mood, sleep quality, and libido, among other things. If I experience any adverse effects, I will reassess and stop its consumption.
