Look on your phone's store/shop for a meme maker. It will downsize your photos. I do it all the time for my photos on here, as I'm always getting that "image to big" message.

What I do is select my photo to use, but don't put any text on it (as that's what a meme maker does) then save it. Then use the saved photo to upload on this site.
