Not knowing how long a ban is for and why

Sometimes people deliberately do stuff to get banned and thats fair enough. Sometimes its accidental and you never know why code xyzabc whatever means nothing. It would be nice to actually get some form of acknowledgement of how long and why.
I am not grumbling just saying....
Also while I am having a things I don't like rant....why can accounts not be deleted?
 
Ive been muted for sending links, without sending a single link, is there anything I can do about that? I've never posted a link here
 
Something also needs to be done where if you say you aren’t cool with something against the site policy you don’t get banned for saying the key word….. its happened twice where I’ve said I don’t do this or that and banned.

This has been worked on already, if it is still happening let us know

Or you can just say "I'm not cool with that" or "Not interested and it's against the rules." Very simple solution.

The system catches far, far, FAR more actual violators than false positives. We're in shortage of active moderators and it's necessary at this time.

We can't address your complaint unless we see what you sent. Sometimes, users add periods in odd places between words or within a word and it looks like a URL to the system.

I read the rules for violations before submitting my appeal, it doesn’t really job my memory as the auto ban shouldn’t be based on a singular word especially when the previous words where I don’t do x or y.

It would be atleast good if instead of being told I violated policy it atleast told me what I violated. Right now I have no idea, I said I don’t do x or y, and I joined a few rooms and left to see what they were like.

No one, it felt implied when I have no other info to go off and the response to feedback here hasn’t really been helpful either.

I can appreciate what you and others do as Mods and when the system works it is appreciative. It’s just hard to do better as an end user when the ban messages aren’t clear, no feedback is given to ban appeals, and based on what I was doing at the time and reviewing the link you shared there isn’t a clear reason to what happened for me to be banned. If all I can recall myself doing is checking out a few rooms or saying I don’t do x y and z, to then be hit with a ban…. It’s not very user friendly.
 
well things arent always fair , like if you living under a bad government,dystopia , so on....

not everywhere is free society....

so if you happen to come to a site where the moderator/administrator unfair and immoral , tough luck , you can go elsewhere...


and i 'm not talking about this site but just in general...
 
How can we check on the status of a ban that was appealed? I never post in the rooms and usually chat privately with people I have been chatting with on here for years. Im chatting and all of a sudden a ban page shows up on my screen and it didnt say what I did to get the ban, the only thing that I said that might have triggered something was I said there was a song that had underage girls as a subject and I said that was disgusting. I dont see why that would be a relevant reason to ban me, I made NO reference to minors, just that a song had that content in it. So if there is a way that I could see the status of my ban appeal I would greatly appreciate it. I think my ban was a big misunderstanding and Id just like to see the status of my appeal. Thank you
 
Banned again for posting pics that i show all the time but this stupid software pics it up as underage when clearly its not Get back on the banned for so called spam in private chat How can posting pics that someone likes be called spam I do enjoy this site but i think a few things should be changed with thiese rules
 
Is actually someone unbanned here and can confirm it? System said i am banned for using vpn or vps, something like that, still after one month no answer for appeals i am sending? I can use chat on phone mobile, but can't on my home network, i like gifs, that's why i like this site 😏

Ive never had a reply to a question about a ban yet but everything i do is all legal stuff no underage or stuff like that The automated system pics up some strange stuff but you will be banned for vpn But what time for i cant say
 
Was on chatting this morning and then left to take a phone call when came back had a message saying your account or client is banned violated site rules (41487cda) and not sure what was for

This site has some funny software that pics up stupid stuuf and bans people I cant work it out and i dont thing the powers to be can
 
Same thing happened to me today. Chatting privately then I get the message that I violated site rules 9156b38a. I have never done anything. I submitted an appeal. This site has been glitchy
