The window cleaners come every 3 months. Ibdo the inside twice a year or if the cats get one very icky for some reason.

Never. Don't own a dryer. Line dry for me. Most of my clothes aren't suited for one. Stretchy

Every few weeks. Almost all of it is bought online in my case. I don't like going shopping. I know, I know .... do I need to hand over my femininity now? Lol. Only exception is home decor/accessories.
