Hahaha yeah people are taken back by what it is which I was too the first time I heard of it but it's actually really good. Just tastes like meat soup to me and the red is just a chili base so a little spicy but nothing hot though so anyone could eat it. Pozole is good too it's like menudo but they use pork instead of tripe.

Lol yeah I mean it's not for everyone lol there are some Hispanic people who don't like it haha but ya pozole is really good. Albondigas is good which means meatball soup it's made with a simple base of sautéed onions, garlic, broth, and tomatoes. Then you can add your meat either beef or turkey and rice. The meat creates it's own additional broth. Carrots, green beans, and peas are also usually added to the soup if you want them.

Yeah authentic is the best! I live like 20 minutes from the border to cross into Mexico so authentic is what we have where I am for Mexican foods that is.

It was a tool called a spanner wrench. We use it when doing yearly testing. I smashed it between that tool and a cap that was on a fire department connection
