I can't enter chat

Help needed, with this new interface, every time I get to chat it only says you are logged in, return to forum, but doesn't let me enter chat. It doesn't even show that white/blue sign in page. Any advices?

I can get into chat as a guest but can't figure out how to get into chat under my username

Tnx,I didn't try as guest, but under username it always seems it will log on, then returns me to that homepage/chat section

I’m also going around in circles. I asked one person as a guest in the chat how they got on. And they explained what they did, and I said it doesn’t do that for me.
