I’ve never seen the movie. And now I can’t.
It's really unfortunate. Cause honestly it's a great movie otherwise. But it's just......inexcusable

I mean like, basically he's the landlord I think, and so it kind if helps you understand minor idiosyncrasies of the main character and stuff. But he did not need to be a racist stereotype!! That part adds nothing to the story!!!
