I remember the something days have something, something something and something. All the rest have something apart from February cause it's awks. The months and numbers throw me off. If I knew them, I wouldn't need to remember that catchy, pointless little thing.
I remember the trick of counting your knuckles and in between knuckles left to right. Knuckles have 31 days, in between have less than 30.

Do the knuckle technique. Hold your fists side by side and start on the outer knuckle counting months from left to right, alternating knuckles with the grooves between the knuckles. Any month on a knuckle is 31, any month in a groove is not 31. Complicated to explain but easy in practice
