Fun fact the original My Bloody Valentine was filmed in Cape Breton Nova Scotia where I spent my summers growing up it's also my fav Canadian slasher & in my top five slasher movies of all time! <3

I keep a plant based diet. So no animal by product of any kind.
Eat mostly high fiber, medium to high protein, low to medium healthy fats. Clean eating. Low sodium. Stay hydrated.
