My ankle and foot have started the "colourful" stage of healing instead of just swelling and pain, hooray!
Ankle is twice the size of my right ankle, side of the foot a bit swollen too, light blue bruising across the top and purple closer to the outer edge and heel.
That's the same as the one I saw before. Thought your ankle seems slightly smaller than it did before. maybe I need an eye specialist. I know it's the same pic.

Birthday Day 2 going well though, cancelled the wildlife sanctuary to avoid excess walking but made up for it with watching some Paradise here at home and eating free fast food haha
