I think that true for many of us here. And generally. Mental health issues. Anxiety and depression. Occasional panic attacks. ADHD. Thankfully going ok at the moment due to a combination of therapy, meds and trying to live a bit more healthily. Exercise is very good for your mental health. Drugs and alcohol not so much.
Yea I could more than likely use therapy, but not in my budget unfortunately. I could always use more exercise lol. It definitely sucks going through an episode that's for sure. Glad to hear your doing ok
