Ok ok, thank you, took some (more) meds and drinking lots of water
I got hay fever badly this year, has only been the last couple of years I’ve been getting it. Can be very annoying as well as making you feel like crap
Yeah get it worse some years than others. Tree pollen seems to do it for me rather than grass etc
Has been so dry here that there is so much dust etc in the air so it wasn’t good.
