Veganism should he exercised ONLY if one suffers from some debilitating condition which worsens with consumption of animal products.

And then, one needs to supplement with crucial shit like vitamins / minerals found only in animal products, like creatine, B vitamins, to mention just a few.
 
If you're a vegan or even a vegetarian, you need to be taking a daily cocktail of supplements, like Vitamin B12, D3, Omega-3 , Iron, Zinc, Iodine, Calcium, Selenium, Creatine (important for cognition), Taurine, Carnitine, inositol, probiotics, sufficient protein intake.

Countless studies reveal that vegans and vegetarians are malnourished. The incredible range of plants one needs to consume in order to satisfy nutrition requirements is absurd. And if most of your diet is carbs, that's a massive problem.
