I've just evolved to a different plain of being.

The top sentence feeds into the bottom sentence.
Bad management is the absolute worst.
Where I used to work Management changed and it all went to shit. About 6 members of staff all left with in a month after working there for over 5years. Is crazy how one or two people can ruin a whole workplace.
Yeah, only takes a few people to ruin things.
At least we have mlre worker rights then our American friends.
14 people have left since January in this place
Is too easy for management to get around the workers right though.
And I'm sure in both cases management was like "what's going on why are people leaving?? Are we out of touch? No, it's the workers who are young."
In my case she busted wanted to get rid of everyone who had been there awhile and bring in new people she knows. So just made work miserable for all.
