Are you tracking any macros you eat daily, not necessarily documenting them, but at least looking to meet some metric during each meal?
 
Used an app for half a year…cronmeter something or other. After a while didn’t find I needed it. Kept up healthy eating without it…. but now I could give a fuck. So done doing any healthy shit…I couldn’t care less of what I put in my body….well, as long as it’s edible.

Are you wanting to drop a rant so hard, people would shut their windows, close the shades, lock the doors and kick out the cats so the boogie-rant-man could eat all the cats, sparing all the people?
