You can't reduce blood sugar over time with what is literally causing blood sugar spikes. Eat oats instead, if that's your thing. Oat milk is basically liquified sugar.

Entirely depends on the oat milk though. You can literally make it at home. With zero additives and it's no worse than porridge. Additives can be bad. Decent oat milk can be fine
Yes. Blend the shit out if it with water and other ingredients you consume daily, not obscure emulsifiers, homogenizers, questionable oils and other garbage.

The problem with that is you're making it too easy for the body to process it which cases much larger blood glucose spikes than eating whole oats.

Oat milk is basically extracted sugar from oats.
 
At the end of the day, everything we consume is good for us until another study is done. And then it's bad for us. And then another study is done and it's good for us again.

Eating bad stuff in moderation is fine. But also being angry or annoyed or anything at people enjoying what they eat/drink when the world is literally on fire is a silly reason to be angry/annoyed
