Life never ever runs in clichés. The idea is literally a corporate idealism scam and unfortunately, people get sidetracked by empty drivel in trying times instead of facing them with realism.
Realism on any topic changes from one person to the next, based on what narrative they are building. Not saying you are wrong, but doesn't mean the next person is not right.
