Culinary Amateur cooking

If you’re looking for new, easy recipes with very little clean up, buy any of the Sheet Pan cookbooks. They’re fantastic and most are healthy recipes.
Thanks for the advice but I’m kinda more interested in people’s recipes with their little personal touch. I appreciate your message though 🙂. Don’t hesitate to share pics too

IMG_8104.jpegOne recipe from the French bistrot cuisine, “escalope de veau à la crème”

Peel and finely chop the shallots. Clean and slice the mushrooms.

Heat the oil and butter in the pan. Season the escalopes and cook them for 3 minutes on each side. Set them aside.

In the same pan, sauté the shallots for 3 minutes, then add the mushrooms and cook for 6 minutes, stirring. Deglaze with the Cognac, flambé, then add the cream. Let everything cook on low heat for 6 minutes until the sauce thickens enough to coat a spoon. Put the escalopes back in and serve.
