I hope you can discuss it with some people?
I’ve 3 close friends we don’t all agree politically, we can still discuss and quite deeply without a raised voice.
But I’m the same as you, I’ll try not to get involved with others now because it is toxic

I do. And we're all around the same age. 3 of us...one way left, one way right, and one a less right.
