Bad times were bad. It's funny now looking back and realising how fucked everything was. Weirdly, quitting drinking wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be.

Actually, it really hasn't been. I stopped because of new medication I was going on that I couldn't drink on. Stopped taking the meds after 6 weeks because they were causing really bad headaches so I could've just gone back to drinking again but decided not to. That was just over two years ago now.
Good,i dont know you yet but i'm proud of you. I found it surprisingly easy to be in control and know my limits now
A few years ago, I would've failed hard. I think now I just want things to be as manageable as possible and self sabotage a little less.
