10 years ago in France the doctor decided my mother-in-law needed a double hip replacement. She was booked in for 6 weeks later. Both done at same time. After 5 days she moved to a rehabilitation centre for 2 months.

It's fantastic when it works right, which is the majority of the time, you only ever hear of the people that had a bad experience for one reason or another
