So I had a heart attack this last Tuesday and it scared me, pretty much has put me in a spiral of emotions and making more decisions. I feel I need to get everything on paper. My life and all my thoughts.

I dont think I can voice it as elegantly as Velvet, just sending hugs

I can understand that's a scary thing to share. I recently nearly lost someone very close to me that way. We were lucky as well. I understand the fear, albeit from the other side. I hope you can process all the emotions that come with this
