Alternate option is herbed orange chicken (oj garlic basil and thyme marinade), zucchini & yellow squash sauté, and herb roasted red potatoes
Dessert options: red velvet cupcake, double fudge brownie, chocolate pudding parfait (or just your basic chocolate chip cookie or strawberry jello)
