Just an update for yall about my ankle
Had two physio appointments with my gp but have now been refereed to a proper physio for a full rehabilitation, its like a three week waiting list to be to triaged by them and then I should be on weekly appointments
SO nearly 6 months after my accident I'm still basically no further along BUT should (i pray) be heading on the right track

Just frustrating that I was put like 3 months behind because of a wrong diagnosis
I fractured my talus bone in my ankle about twenty years ago or so. It sucks how long it takes to recover.
do you still have any issue?
Occasionally but it truly was a miracle and I’m grateful for what I have.
The initial diagnosis was not good and there was a question as to if I’d even be able to walk.
Soph’s message reminded me of what I went through because it took forever to find the right doctors and treatment.
I did have to google talus bone
