There's constantly rotating 3000-4000+ users in chat, around the clock. A lot of automated moderation, non-stop scammer and spammer flow, non-stop basic rule violations, because people don't read the rules. This is a high-traffic operation. If anybody gets banned by the system or whatever, use Ban Appeals. There will never be enough manpower to handle each individual case on its own. 99% of Ban Appeals is complete junk too.
