One of my favourite places has blackened tilapia fish tacos. They’re excellent. I’m sure it’s just as good without the taco if you like blackened tilapia

If I have tilapia, it's usually fried in a pan, in butter, garnished with lemon juice. With mushrooms, rice, avocado, maybe other vegetables and a salad on the side.
