One of my favorite snacks lately is chopped zucchini sautéed with a decent amount of salt. And when I cook it, I like to not use a spatula. To toss the zucchini, I do that jerk thing with the pan and flip the zucchini in the air like I’m the Swedish Chef.

Put some in foil with Italian dressing and cook it for 10 mins. or so. Awesome!
Zucchini comes in handy, has other uses like as a filler. Can always find one the right size. They don't get all rubbery when you warm them up.
